Rioned UniCom – Jet/Vac combination unit

The Rioned UniCom is a compact jet/vac superstructure that can be mounted on a customer-specified trailer or chassis. A galvanized frame and a 1,000 litre waste tank combined with a 500 litre clean water tank provide a cost-effective solution wherever both jetting and vacuum capacity are required in one unit.

Technical data:

• Total tank volume: 1,500 l
• Waste tank: 1,000 l, manual drain valve and overpressure function (0.49 bar)
• Clean water tank: 500 l, 1″ filling line with GK coupling
• Engine: Honda GX690 petrol engine, 18 kW / 24 HP
• Pump: Rioned/Speck P41 high pressure pump, 140 bar / 60 l/min
• Vacuum pump:  MEC5000 vacuum pump, airflow 5,000 l/min
• Drain valve: 3″ (75 mm), coupling on request
• Suction valve: 3″ (75 mm) with quick shutter, internal suction trumpet (filling from top)
• Protection: double floating ball valve, secondary syphon, exhaust and oil separator after the vacuum pump
• HP hose reel: 180° pivoting, manual drive, approx. 80 m 1/2″ HP hose
• Suction hose reel: aluminium reel, approx. 25 m 2.5″ hose incl. suction tube and couplings
• eControl panel and 7-channel RioMote radio remote (throttle, HP valve, suction pump, emergency stop)

Equipment and options

Standard equipment includes two 3″ suction hoses (2 m), one 3″ suction tube with shut-off valve, two standard 1/2″ jetting nozzles, a high pressure spray gun with lance and a user manual. Optional extras include full painting in RAL colours, additional hose reels (supply hose reel, manual suction hose reel), RioMote remote control, magnet coupling and an anti-freeze system.
